Freedive Medicine, llc
As freedivers, we often find ourselves traveling to less populated areas to dive such as the springs, small islands, cenotes, or on boats. Because of these remote locations, this may mean extended periods of time for advanced medical help to reach you. That means you may be someone’s best chance at survival.
Freedive Medicine, LLC was started because, as healthcare providers, they saw a need for freedivers to have some sort of medical training in emergencies. Their Freediving Emergency Medical Responder Course (FEMR) (among other course options offered) teaches lifesaving interventions to freediving injuries, as well as many other injuries and medical conditions that can occur in an outdoor environment.
Items you may find at their booth include freediving specific first aid kits, trauma kits, info about their courses, and more.
